Trade Confirmations & Monthly Statements

Trade confirmations and monthly statements provide an entire history of all activity on your Acorns account. Here's how to download these documents:

From your Acorns app:

  1. Log in to Acorns and tap the profile icon at the top left corner of your screen
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Documents and Statements"
  4. Tap the type of document you’d like to view 

From acorns.com:

  1. Log in to Acorns and click on "Profile & Settings" in the bottom left corner of the page
  2. Click on "Documents and Statements" 
  3. Use the dropdown menu on the top right of the screen to select the type of document you’d like to view

 Monthly statements are typically available around the middle of each month.

Verification Letters

Sometimes your bank, mortgage company, or landlord may request a verification letter. Verification letters are used to confirm your current Acorns balance, account status, or other details about your Acorns account.
