We’re here to help! If you received a request from us to upload documents, it’s likely because we need to verify that you’re you. We take your security and trust seriously, so we’re committed to taking the necessary steps to protect your information.

To help us keep your account secure, we might ask you to upload documents when:

  • You change your primary checking account: We may require documents to help us verify your ownership of the linked accounts.
  • Your account has been locked: If your account's been locked, you might need to provide us with documents to help us verify and protect your account.

You can easily upload documents through our secure uploader. Once we receive your documents, please allow 1-3 business days for any changes to be made. We'll reach out with a confirmation email.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for helping us (securely) grow your oak!
