Your trust means the world to us — it’s why we want to take every measure to verify that you are you. To help us keep your account secure, we might ask you to upload documents when:

  • You change your primary checking account: We may require documents to help us verify your ownership of the previous primary checking account as well as the new checking account you’d like to link.
  • Your account has been locked: If your account's been locked, you might need to provide us with documents to help verify and protect your account.

You can easily upload documents through our secure uploader. Once we receive your documents, please allow 1-3 business days for any changes to be made — we'll reach out with a confirmation email.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
