How to fix a typo for an Acorns Early beneficiary?

In an effort to protect the security of your Acorns account, we require a legal document, such as a birth certificate, social security card, or government-issued ID that verifies the child’s information that you wish to update, and matches the rest of the information you provided about the child.

You can provide the document through our secure uploader.

Once you have uploaded the document, please reach out to support so that our team can get this information updated for you.

Please note, that you cannot change the beneficiary of the account to another child by changing their account info. This process is only used for mistakes made when entering the child’s information for Acorns Early.
