How do I view or change my kid's information in my Acorns Early account?

Viewing your kid's information in Acorns Early is easy. You can also change certain information about your kid as well.

Here's how to view your kid's information:

  1. On the home screen, select your kid's account to view their information
  2. Go to Settings by tapping on the gear icon in the upper right corner
  3. From there, you can view their name, age, age of transfer, date of transfer, and transfer state

If you want to change your kid's information, we need a legal document like a birth certificate, social security card, or government-issued ID in order to keep your account safe. This helps confirm the kid's information matches what you provided.

You can provide the document through our secure uploader. Once you have uploaded the document, please reach out to support so that our team can get this information updated for you.

Keep in mind that you can't change the age of transfer and transfer state once the account has been set up.

Also, you can't change the beneficiary of the account to another kid by changing their account information. This process is only used for mistakes made when entering the kid’s information for Acorns Early. Instead, you can always open another Acorns Early account for another kid.
