Our team is aware of an issue with unlinking Capital One accounts for Round-Ups®. Here's how, to unlink your Capital One account for Round-Ups®:
From your Acorns app:
- Tap the profile icon in the top left corner
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Linked Accounts"
- Tap "Capital One"
- Tap "Unlink" in the upper right corner
From acorns.com:
- Click on "Profile & Settings in the bottom left corner
- Under "Personal Settings" click on "Linked Accounts"
- Click on "Capital One"
- Click on "Unlink" in the upper right corner
