Can I update my mailing address before my Acorns debit card expires and a new one is shipped out?

If you need to update your mailing address for your new card, we will send out an email with a link that takes you to Settings > Address in your Acorns account so you can update your address prior to shipment. 

To manually update your address prior to shipment, please follow the steps below:

Within the Acorns App:

  1. Tap the menu (avatar) in the upper corner of the screen

  2. Tap "Settings"

  3. Tap "Personal Info"

  4. Tap "Ship to a different address"


  1. Click on the menu (avatar) in the upper corner of the screen

  2. Click on "Profile & Settings"

  3. Click on "Personal info"

  4. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Ship to a different address"

  5. Once entered, click on "Confirm"

Please note, if you have already received the “Your card is on its way!” email, the card will have been attempted to be shipped to the original address.
