We’ll send you an email when your card is about to expire. This email will have a link that takes you to your settings. Here, you can update your mailing address before your new card is shipped.
Here's how to change your mailing address any time:
From your Acorns app:
- Log in to Acorns and tap the profile icon in the upper corner of the screen
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Personal Info"
- Tap "Ship to a different address"
- Enter your new address and tap “Confirm”
From acorns.com:
- Log in to Acorns and click on "Profile & Settings" in the lower left corner
- Click on "Personal info"
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Ship to a different address"
- Enter your new address and click “Confirm”
If you’ve already received the “Your card is on its way!” email before updating your mailing address, the card will be shipped to the previous mailing address.
Heads up – some iOS users can add your debit card to your digital wallet once your Acorns Checking account is approved and money is added! With your Acorns Visa™ digital debit card, you'll have immediate access to your money in your checking account, even before your physical card arrives. Keep an eye on your app to see if you have access! For Android users, don’t worry—digital cards will be coming your way soon.
