At this time we do not support reopening an Early account that has been closed. However, you can open a new Early account for a child you previously opened an Early account for. Please select the 'Early' shortcut on the Home screen or select 'Add a Child' on the Early screen.
To close an Early account:
- Log in to your Acorns account
- Tap the menu in the top left corner
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'My Subscription'
- Tap 'Early'
- Tap 'Close account' and we'll guide you through the process
After the account is closed, funds in an Early account will be sent to your linked primary checking account in 3-6 business days.
