At this time we do not support reopening an Early account that has been closed. However, you can open a new Early account for a child you previously opened an Early account for. After logging into your Acorns account, tap the Investing Hub (second icon at the bottom of the app), and then tap "Add another kid".
To close an Early account:
- Log in to your Acorns account
- Tap the menu in the top left corner
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "My Subscription"
- Tap "Early"
- Tap "Close account" and we'll guide you through the process
After the account is closed, funds in an Early account will be sent to your linked primary checking account in 3-6 business days.
