Before linking to any third party app, Chase will send a verification code to the email or phone number on file with your online banking. If you believe the code is being sent incorrectly, please visit your online banking and make any necessary changes to your contact information.
Once you’ve updated your contact information, please unlink and relink your Round-Ups® account to receive a new code.
Please complete the following steps to link a Round-ups® Account:
For Mobile:
- After logging in to your account, tap or click on the menu (avatar) in the upper corner of the screen
- Tap "Settings" or click on "Profile & Settings"
- Tap or click on "Linked Accounts"
- Tap or click on "Link another account"
- Type the name of your bank in the search bar
- Connect using your banking credentials
