Children can access the funds in their Early account when they reach adulthood. This may be anywhere from 18 to 25. The age of transfer is set at the time the account is set up, which is required by the applicable gifting to minors laws. We cannot alter this date once the SSN has been added for the minor. Your state of residence will determine which rules apply.
