The 1099-MISC form is a tax form that's used to report miscellaneous "other income" you earned last year to the IRS. That usually means payments that come from other sources than a typical employer, like rents, prizes, or awards.
Who receives a 1099-MISC?
If you earned more than $600 in referral bonuses or through Acorns Earn offers, you'll receive a 1099-MISC form.
Where is my 1099-MISC?
If you qualify for one, we'll email your 1099-MISC form by January 31, 2024. You can also check for tax forms under Settings.
