Why did I receive an Acorns debit card if I canceled my Acorns Checking account?

Once you sign up for an Acorns Checking account, we’ll send a debit card almost immediately. 

Although we've gone ahead and canceled all of your accounts, we aren’t always able to prevent your card from shipping. 

If you do receive your card, it’ll be deactivated.
