Why is my app crashing?

If you're having issues logging in to your Acorns app, please verify the following:

  1. You're using the correct email address to log in
  2. You're using the latest versions of our iOS or Android apps. To verify this,  check the App Store or Google Play Store and check for any updates
  3. There is no VPN active on your mobile device

If you're still having trouble accessing your Acorns app, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or contact us.
