Make sure your app is updated

Using an outdated app can sometimes cause login issues.

On your mobile device: Check the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) for any updates to the Acorns app.

 

Email problems 

Here’s what to do if you forgot your email address on file. 

No access to the email on file? If you no longer have access to the email linked to your account, contact us for help updating your account details

 

Password help

Having issues with your password? If you’re using the email address that’s linked to your account but you’re still having trouble, try resetting your password.
