Forgot your password? We’ve got you covered! You can easily change or reset it anytime using our Forgot Password tool.

Resetting Your Password

From the login screen in your Acorns app or at acorns.com:

  1. Select "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Acorns account.
  3. Select "Send Email."
  4. From the email we sent you, select "Change My Password."
  5. Enter the requested info.
  6. Select "Change Password."

Pro Tip: If you don’t receive the password reset email, check your spam folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us for assistance. For your security, we may need to verify some personal information.

 

Keeping Your Password Secure

Did you know it’s a great idea to update your password once or twice a year? If you already know your current password and want to change it, here’s how:

From the Acorns app:

  1. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner of your home screen.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select "Change Password" and follow the prompts.

From acorns.com:

  1. Navigate to your home page and click "Profile & Settings" in the bottom left corner.
  2. Scroll down to "Security" and click "Change Password."
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
