Who can sign up for an account?

There are a few requirements to be able to open an Acorns account:

• You must be a United States citizen or resident with a valid Social Security number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
• You also must be at least 18 years old to start an Acorns Bronze, Silver, or Gold subscription plans. However, you can open an Acorns Early account on behalf of a child from the day they're born.
