How can I change the name on my account?

To help protect your security, you'll need to upload some documents via our document uploader to change the name on your account. Here's what you'll need:

1. A legal document (such as a marriage certificate or divorce certificate) that verifies your name change
2. A valid, non-expired, government-issued ID with your new name (heads up: military IDs aren't accepted)

In some cases, we may request a government-issued ID with your prior name.

If you're correcting a typo from when you were setting up your account during sign-up, all we'll need you to upload is a valid, non-expired, government-issued ID with your name. 

Please contact us when you have uploaded these documents. It can take up to 3-4 business days to complete a name change request. We'll reach out to you by email if there are any issues.
