If your Acorns debit card is Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or if you’ve experienced a delivery issue, you can request a new card right from your Acorns app. Please note that a new card does not change the account/routing number associated with your Acorns Checking account, only the card numbers will change. You will need to update any autopay settings that use the debit card number to ensure your payments are processed on time.

See the steps below to order your new Acorns debit card:
Within the Acorns App:
- Log in to your Acorns mobile app
- Tap "Checking"
- Tap the Settings Gear in the top right-hand corner
- Select "Replace card"
On Acorns.com:
- Log onto Acorns.com
- Click on "Checking"
- Click on the Settings Gear in the top right-hand corner
- Select "Replace card"
Please allow up to 14 business days for your card to be delivered. You will receive an email notification when your card ships!
