Please contact us if you'd like to cancel a transaction with your Acorns Checking account — if the transaction is still pending we may be able to help.
But if the transaction is already transferring, we won't be able to cancel it for you.
Here's how to see your recent activity:
- Log in to your account from your Acorns app or acorns.com
- From your home screen, select "Checking"
- Scroll down to Recent Activity and select "View all"
- Here, you’ll see a list of past and pending transfers for each account as well as their balance breakdown. If a transaction is already at the "transferring" stage, we won't be able to cancel it.
