If you’ve made a request to change the primary checking account in your Acorns profile, we may require documentation that verifies your ownership of your previous checking account and your new primary checking account.
You can easily upload documents through our in-app secure uploader. Once we receive your documents, please allow 1-3 business days for any changes to be made.
