When you attempt to connect to a bank through Round-Ups®, all security information comes directly from your bank. As such, any incorrect contact information may be indicated as your primary contact method on your banking profile. In order to resolve this issue, it is recommended that you log in to your online banking to update your primary contact method. Once you have done so, please follow the steps below to link your account.

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your banking information to fully update.

Please complete the following steps to link a Round-up Account:

  1. After logging in to your account, tap or click on the menu (avatar) in the upper left/right corner of the screen
  2. Tap or click on 'Linked Accounts'
  3. Tap or click on 'Link another account'
  4. Search for your bank and enter your online banking credentials

If your code is still being sent to the wrong contact information after 72 hours, feel free to contact us here.
