What should I do if my security code is going to the wrong contact information?

When connecting your bank to Round-Ups®, any security information will come from your bank. If your contact info is wrong, you may not receive those messages. To fix this issue, log into your bank account and update your primary contact method. Once you have done so, follow the steps below to link your account.

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your banking information to fully update.

Complete the following steps to link a Round-up Account:

  1. After logging in to your account, tap or click on the menu (avatar) in the upper/lower-left corner of the screen 
  2. Tap or click on "Linked Accounts"
  3. Tap or click on "Link another account"
  4. Search for your bank and enter your online banking credentials

If your security code is sent to the wrong contact after 72 hours, feel free to contact support
