If you have forgotten your PIN or are unable to enter this information, please contact us so we can help you with the process.
You can reset your Log in PIN by following the steps below. NOTE: In order to reset your PIN, you will need to enter your current PIN.
Within the Acorns App:
- After logging in to your account, tap menu (avatar) in the upper left corner of the screen
- Tap "Settings"
- Under “Security” section, tap "Change Log In PIN"
- Enter your current PIN
- Enter your new PIN and Re-enter your new PIN
- Follow the prompts and tap "Confirm"
On Acorns.com:
- After logging in to your account, click on menu (avatar) in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click on "Profile & Settings"
- Under “Security” section, click on "Change Login Pin"
- Enter your current PIN
- Enter your new PIN, Re-enter your new PIN and click on "Submit"
- Follow the prompts and click on "Submit"
