Why am I receiving an Account Locked error?

Your Financial Institution may have locked you out of your online banking, which is preventing Acorns from investing your spare change.
 
Please try to log in to your online bank account again, and contact your bank if you are unable to do so.
 
Once you have successfully logged in to your online bank account, you are ready to relink your account for Round-Ups®.

For Mobile:

  1. After logging in to your account, tap the menu (avatar) in the upper left corner of the screen
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Linked Accounts"
  4. Tap "Link another account"
  5. Search for your bank and connect using your banking credentials

For Web:

  1. After logging in to your account, click on the menu (avatar) in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Click on "Settings"
  3. Click on "Linked Accounts"
  4. Click on "Link another account"
  5. Search for your bank and connect using your banking credentials
