If you’re getting a message showing "Invalid Login Credentials," here's what to do:
- Double-check the right credentials are being used, please log in to your online banking account.
- Verify you are entering the correct information (Password, PIN, Access Code, etc.).
- If possible, link to a different banking web portal. Many banks throughout the U.S. are listed under the same name. It’s possible that you may be attempting to link to a separate bank that shares the same name.
