What happens if one of my linked cards for Round-Ups® is lost or stolen?

If your linked credit or debit card is lost or stolen, we recommend that you unlink the card from your Acorns account. You can unlink your connected accounts in Settings:

Within the Acorns App:

  1. After logging in to your account, tap the menu (avatar) in the upper left corner of the screen
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Linked Accounts"
  4. Tap the card that was lost or stolen
  5. Tap "Unlink" in the top right corner

On Acorns.com:

  1. After logging in to your account, click on the menu (avatar) in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Click on "Profile & Settings"
  3. Click "Linked Accounts'
  4. Click on the card that was lost or stolen
  5. Click "Unlink" in the top right corner
