If your linked credit or debit card is lost or stolen, we recommend that you unlink the card from your Acorns account. You can unlink your connected accounts in Settings:
For Mobile:
- After logging in to your account, tap the menu (avatar) in the upper left corner of the screen
- Tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'Linked Accounts'
- Tap the card that was lost or stolen
- Tap 'Unlink' in the top right corner
For Web:
- After logging in to your account, click on the menu (avatar) in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click on 'Profile & Settings'
- Click 'Linked Accounts'
- Click on the card that was lost or stolen
- Click 'Unlink' in the top right corner
