What happens if one of my linked cards for Round-Ups® is lost or stolen?

If your linked credit or debit card is lost or stolen, we recommend that you unlink that card from your Acorns account. Here’s how you can unlink your connected accounts in your settings:

Within the Acorns App:

  1. After logging in to your account, tap the menu (avatar) in the upper left corner of the screen
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Linked Accounts"
  4. Tap the card that was lost or stolen
  5. Tap "Unlink" in the top right corner

On Acorns.com:

  1. Click on "Profile & Settings" in the bottom left corner of the screen
  2. Click "Linked Accounts”
  3. Click on the card that was lost or stolen
  4. Click "Unlink" in the top right corner
