The child can easily withdraw money by visiting one of the many ATMs available to Acorns Early customers. Acorns does not charge a fee for ATM withdrawals, but there may be a fee from the ATM provider.
If a parent wants to transfer money from a child’s account back to the parent wallet, follow these easy steps:
- Open your Acorns Early app
- Tap “Transfer” from the Home screen
- Select the direction you’d like to move the money (to or from the child’s card)
- Select the amount and tap “Transfer”
Parents who wish to withdraw money from their parent account need to contact our support team, and we’ll transfer money back to the bank or debit card used to fund the account.
