So glad you asked! We’re always looking for more ways to help you save and invest. With Acorns Later Match, we’re putting our money into your future.

In short, we’ll match a percentage of any new Acorns Later contributions – up to $70 for Silver subscribers and up to $210 for Gold subscribers. Match amounts are subject to a 4 year holding period explained here. Matches can be so rewarding that they may offset your annual Acorns subscription, and then some!

 

Match Rate Breakdown:

Here's how the numbers break down: 

  • A $6 monthly Acorns Silver subscription is $72 per year. If you make new contributions totaling $7,000 (the 2024 annual contribution limit for those under 50) to your Acorns Later retirement account, you can get a $70 investment match. It's like potentially getting your Acorns subscription covered — on us!
  • A $12 monthly Acorns Gold subscription is $144 per year. If you contribute $7,000 to your Acorns Later retirement account, you can get a $210 investment match. Get the value of your Acorns subscription potentially covered, and a whole lot more.

Remember, you need to make new contributions to your Acorns Later retirement account to make sure you're getting all the bang you can for your buck.
