How do I reopen my Emergency Fund account?

In order to reopen an Emergency Fund account after your previous account was closed, you must:

  1. Have an open, Acorns Checking account
  2. Be subscribed to either the $5 or $9 subscription tier

Once you have confirmed this has been done, you can reach out to our Support team. They will be able to give you the ability to create a new Emergency Fund account from the Acorns home screen.

Please note, that this is a necessary step since only Support can complete this action at this time.
