What are cash owed collections?

Cash owed collection is the amount Acorns collects due to at least one of the investments being charged back. Acorns does this by selling shares from your Acorns account to pay down the cash owed. For more questions, you can submit a ticket here, select Cash Owed from the drop-down, and an agent will get back to you during our regular business hours, 5 am–7 pm PST, 7 days a week.
