What happens if I am an existing GoHenry customer?

If you have a GoHenry account and sign up for an Acorns Premium account, make sure the email you use for GoHenry is the same one you use for Acorns.

 Go to Family Settings in your GoHenry app to check your email and update it if needed. You can find the email you use for your Acorns account in the Acorns app by going to Settings -> Personal Info.

We’ll automatically check with Acorns to verify your eligibility for this benefit and send you an email to confirm. If there has been a problem verifying your eligibility for this benefit with Acorns, we’ll send you an email to let you know how to correct it. You should receive an email within a day of signing up or upgrading to Acorns Premium.

You’ll continue to be billed your monthly GoHenry membership fee until you’ve received an email from GoHenry. This email will confirm that we’ve been able to successfully verify your eligibility for this benefit

 

Important: Make sure the email address you use for your GoHenry account is identical to the one on your Acorns Premium account! 

If the email address is different, the easiest way to change this is by following these steps. Open the GoHenry mobile app go to Family Settings -> Email and update your GoHenry email address to the same one you use on your Acorns account. You can find the email you use for your Acorns account in the Acorns app by going to Settings -> Personal Info.
