I never received my Acorns Visa™ debit card, what do I do?

Generally, Acorns debit card orders take about 14 business days to arrive. If you've ordered an Acorns debit card and it has not arrived within 14 business days, you can request a replacement card within your Acorns account by taking the following steps:

For Mobile:

  1. Log in to your Acorns mobile app

  2. Tap 'Checking'

  3. Tap the Settings gear tool in the top right-hand corner

  4. Select 'Replace card'

  5. When asked for the reason, select "Delivery Issue" 

 

For Web:

  1. Ensure you are on a Google Chrome browser and log in to Acorns.com

  2. Click on 'Checking'

  3. Click on the settings gear tool in the top right-hand corner

  4. Select 'Replace card'

  5. When asked for the reason, select "Delivery Issue" 

 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your card to be delivered. You will receive an email notification when your card ships!
