I never received my Acorns Visa™ debit card, what do I do?

Your Acorns debit card will probably take about 14 business days to get to you once you're approved. We'll email you to let you know when your card ships.

If you're having trouble getting approved, make sure your address is verified. We'll be in touch with you to help get that resolved, but this could take 1-2 business days.

If your address has been verified and it's been longer than 14 days since your card shipped, it's easy to request a replacement card. Here's how:

From your Acorns app:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. From your home screen, tap "Checking"
  3. Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner
  4. Select "Replace card"
  5. When asked to select a reason, choose "Delivery Issue" 

From acorns.com:

  1. Log in to your account on acorns.com from a Google Chrome browser
  2. From your home page, click "Checking"
  3. Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner
  4. Select "Replace card"
  5. When asked to select a reason, choose "Delivery Issue"
