Our live chat advocates are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

From the Acorns app:

  1. Log in to your Acorns app
  2. From your home screen, tap the profile icon in the top left corner
  3. Tap "Get help"

From acorns.com:

  1. Visit our Acorns Help Center
  2. Click "Need Help?" in the bottom right corner
