With your Acorns subscription, you get access to our support team ready to answer any and all your questions! 

If you wish to contact Acorns and discuss your account details with an Advocate, you may reach Acorns Support in the following ways:

In order to reach out via chat, please take the following steps:

We have live chat advocates available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For Mobile:

- Log in to your Acorns app

- Select the menu (avatar) in the upper left corner

- Select Get help

- Visit our Acorns Help Center

- Select the Need Help? widget in the bottom right corner
