If you did not attempt to log in from a new device, or request a Two-Factor Authentication code, we would recommend that you immediately reset your password. Receiving an undesired challenge is a sign of a compromised email and password combination. We would recommend using a new 8-15 character password that has not been used before.

To ensure your account is secure, please reset your password here. Or follow these steps below to reset your password while logged in:

For Mobile:

  1. Tap the menu (avatar) in the upper corner of the screen

  2. Tap "Settings"

  3. Select "Change Password" and follow the prompts

For Web:

  1. Click on the menu (avatar) in the upper corner of the screen

  2. Click on "Profile & Settings"

  3. Click on "Change Password"

  4. Follow the prompts to finalize your changes
