If you received a Two-Factor Authentication code and you didn't attempt to log in from a new device and didn't request a code, please reset your password.

Receiving an unexpected code could be a sign of a compromised email and password combination. We recommend using a new 8-15 character password that has not been used before.

To make sure your account is secure, please reset your password here or follow these steps below to reset your password while logged in:

From your Acorns App:

  1. Tap the menu (avatar) in the upper corner of the screen

  2. Tap "Settings"

  3. Select "Change Password" and follow the prompts

From Acorns.com:

  1. Click on "Profile & Settings" in the bottom corner of the screen

  2. Click on "Change Password"

  3. Follow the prompts to finalize your changes

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
