Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS is not possible with landlines. The phone number must be attached to an SMS-enabled device. However, you can set up Two-Factor Authentication for email instead.

Here's how to set up Two-Factor Authentication for email:

  1. After logging in to your account, tap or click on the profile icon on the left side of the screen

  2. Select 'Settings' or "Profile & Settings", then select "Personal Info"

  3. Under Contact Info, you should notice an "unverified" alert next to the email, click on the alert

  4. Confirm the contact details are correct

  5. You will then be prompted to select the 'Next' button to enter the verification process

  6. 2FA will send a 6-digit code to your email address. Once you receive the code, enter the code in the empty field

  7. Two-Factor Authentication verification is now complete! The alert next to contact info should now be verified
