Relinking your Chase account is part of their new customer management program that requires you to relink your Chase accounts on a regular basis every few months going forward.
When this happens, you'll receive a notification from us and you'll be able to relink your Chase account to restore your connection.
Please note, if you need to update your Chase multi-factor authentication information, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your Chase.com or Chase App account

Navigate to 'Profile & Settings'

Then click 'Update Info' under 'Personal Details'

Select Phone or Email (whichever you use for Multi-Factor Authentication)

Update your information as needed
Once completed, you may follow the steps below to relink your Chase account with Acorns:
For Mobile:

Tap your Chase account

Tap 'Try Again'

Enter your Chase online banking credentials

You will then be asked to complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) step to restore your accounts connection.

Enter the code you receive

Once the code has been verified your Chase account should be successfully linked for Round-Ups®!
