How do I relink my Chase account for Round-Ups®?

Relinking your Chase account is part of their new customer management program that requires you to relink your Chase accounts on a regular basis every few months going forward.

When this happens, you'll receive a notification from us and you'll be able to relink your Chase account to restore your connection.

 

Please note, if you need to update your Chase multi-factor authentication information, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Chase.com or Chase App account

  2. Navigate to 'Profile & Settings'

  3. Then click 'Update Info' under 'Personal Details'

  4. Select Phone or Email (whichever you use for Multi-Factor Authentication)

  5. Update your information as needed

 

Once completed, you may follow the steps below to relink your Chase account with Acorns:

For Mobile:

  1. Please follow this link

  2. Tap your Chase account

  3. Tap 'Try Again'

  4. Enter your Chase online banking credentials

  5. You will then be asked to complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) step to restore your accounts connection.

  6. Enter the code you receive

  7. Once the code has been verified your Chase account should be successfully linked for Round-Ups®!

For Web:

  1. Please follow this link

  2. Click on Chase

  3. Click on 'Try Again'

  4. Enter your Chase online banking credentials

  5. You will then be asked to complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) step to restore your accounts connection.

  6. Enter the code you receive

  7. Once the code has been verified your Chase account should be successfully linked for Round-Ups®!
