Here's how to relink your Chase account with Acorns:
From your Acorns app:
- Go to the “Linked Accounts” section within your Settings
- Tap your Chase account
- Tap "Try Again"
- Enter your Chase online banking credentials
- Complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) step to restore your account.
- Enter the code you receive
- Once you verify the code, your Chase account will be set up for Round-Ups®
From acorns.com:
- Go to the “Linked Accounts” section within your Settings
- Click on Chase
- Click on "Try Again"
- Enter your Chase online banking credentials
- Complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) step to restore your account.
- Enter the code you receive
- Once you verify the code, your Chase account will be set up for Round-Ups®
Here's how to update your Chase multi-factor authentication information:
- Log in to your account on Chase.com or in your Chase app
- Navigate to "Profile & Settings"
- Then click "Update Info" under "Personal Details"
- Select Phone or Email (whichever you use for Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Update your information as needed
