How do I relink my Chase account for Round-Ups®?

Here's how to relink your Chase account with Acorns:

From your Acorns app:

  1. Go to the “Linked Accounts” section within your Settings
  2. Tap your Chase account
  3. Tap "Try Again"
  4. Enter your Chase online banking credentials
  5. Complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) step to restore your account.
  6. Enter the code you receive
  7. Once you verify the code, your Chase account will be set up for Round-Ups®

From acorns.com:

  1. Go to the “Linked Accounts” section within your Settings
  2. Click on Chase
  3. Click on "Try Again"
  4. Enter your Chase online banking credentials
  5. Complete a multi-factor authentication (MFA) step to restore your account.
  6. Enter the code you receive
  7. Once you verify the code, your Chase account will be set up for Round-Ups®

Here's how to update your Chase multi-factor authentication information:

  1. Log in to your account on Chase.com or in your Chase app 
  2. Navigate to "Profile & Settings"
  3. Then click "Update Info" under "Personal Details"
  4. Select Phone or Email (whichever you use for Multi-Factor Authentication)
  5. Update your information as needed
