What is the status of my rollover?

We’re here to help. Typically, an asset transfer request is reviewed within 5-7 business days. 

After the initial review, we’ll send you an email with next steps. 

For security purposes, you must reply to our email before we can continue with your asset transfer request.

If you can’t find our email, please check your spam folder, and be sure you’re referring to the email account associated with your Acorns profile.

After you've confirmed the asset transfer for your Later account, we can get started on transferring the funds to the receiving firm. 

This process involves liquidating your Later account and sending the funds through a wire to the receiving firm. If the funds are less than $100 or the receiving firm does not accept wires, we will send a check instead.

Lastly, your request may take time to complete if dividends are paid out. This may occur during the liquidation process and cause a delay.

If it’s been at least 7 business days from your request and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us for an update.
