We offer our sincerest condolences for your loss. Please reach out to us here when you're ready and we'll help you with everything.

We'll ask for the following documents to be able to release funds from the account:

  1. A copy of the death certificate and any other legal documents (i.e. affidavit of domicile, estate affidavit), if available, to verify the deceased
  2. An unexpired, government-issued ID for the Executor/Executrix of the Estate
  3. A mailing address to send the check made payable to the Estate

If you don’t have any legal documents other than a copy of the death certificate, we can issue a check made payable to the estate of the deceased. In this case, please provide a mailing address to send the check made payable to the Estate.

Also, if possible, please include the following information to help us locate the account:

  • The email address associated with the account
  • The phone number associated with the account

We're here to help whenever you're ready.
