Thank you for your service. Yes, you can open an Acorns Early Invest account if you're in the armed services.

You’ll need to associate the Early Invest account with an eligible U.S. state or territory, so that we can determine the child’s legal age of transfer. If you don’t have a U.S. state or territory connected to your Acorns account, you can update this information.

How to update my Acorns account information:

  1. Open your Acorns app
  2. Tap the avatar in the top left of Home
  3. Tap “Settings”
  4. Tap “Personal info”
  5. Scroll down to Residential Address and make the update

We may require documentation to verify the change. This is for your security. If this step is required, you can use our easy document uploader

Once your Acorns Early Invest account is open, check out all of our resources for investing in your family in Acorns Learn.

Thank you for helping your family grow with Acorns!
