Why am I Receiving a Postcard from Broadridge?

We're required to let you know when there's new information relating to the ETFs in our portfolios. We'll generally send you an email, but if we can't then you'll get a postcard with the ETF information by mail.

To stop receiving these postcards by mail, we recommend updating the email listed on your Acorns account. To do so, you can take the steps below:

Within the Acorns App:

  1. After logging in to your account, tap the menu (avatar) in the upper left corner of the screen
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Tap "Personal Info"
  4. Tap email, update your email, and tap "Update"

On Acorns.com:

  1. After logging in to your account, click on the menu (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the screen
  2. Click on "Profile & Settings"
  3. Click on "Personal Info"
  4. Click on "Email" and input your new email address
  5. Click on "Update"
