How do I set up an Acorns Early account?

If you are on the Gold plan, you can set up an Acorns Early account for any kid under 18 years old. It can be your own kid, a nephew or niece, or even a friend's kid. You'll need the kid’s legal name, date of birth, and Social Security number to open an Acorns Early account.

Here’s how to sign up:

1. Log into your Acorns account
2. Tap "Activate" next to Early on the Home screen
3. Follow the instructions to complete the set-up

You can also set up multiple Acorns Early accounts for multiple kids in your life! Here's how:

1. Log into your Acorns account
2. Tap the Investing icon on the bottom of the screen
3. Scroll down to Early accounts
4. Tap "Add a child" 
5. Fill in the child’s legal name, date of birth, and Social Security number
