We’re always here to help you level up your financial knowledge, and we’ve got some great resources to support that journey. If you’re on our Silver or Gold plan, you’ve got access to Learn Live—and since there’s a lot packed into that, let’s break it down so you know exactly what’s available.

Live Onboarding Sessions

For new Acorns customers in the $12 Gold plan, we offer a live onboarding session to help walk you through the sign-up process and how Acorns works. Each 45 minute session covers:

• Setting up your Acorns account (including bank linking)
• Setting up the Round-Ups® feature
• Setting up Recurring & One-time investments
• An introduction to Acorns’ portfolios
• A 15-minute Q&A
• If time allows, an introduction to Acorns’ bitcoin-linked ETF

Quarterly Market Reports & Webinars

Silver and Gold plan customers also receive a quarterly market report from our Invest team that provides a more in-depth understanding of how the markets are performing and the economic climate.

The day after each quarterly report is emailed out, we will hold a 30-minute webinar session in which 2 representatives from the Invest team and a webinar host will deliver a “fireside chat” and Q&A.
